WE HAVE THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE.

And many times you optioned, many souls departed, took the decision to end up with their lives.

BELOVED:
Sometimes you cannot understand what is going on in the minds and hearts of people.
Sometimes you cannot bare the change of vibration, you cannot understand what is happening…
There is a state of nervous wreck and chaos of mind and emotions…
Because you cannot bare the change of vibration that happens in your lives.

ONLY THE ONES THAT ARE TOUCHED BY THE HAND OF MY FATHER CAN FORTIFY THEMSELVES AND STAND STILL.
Although you do not even know how you stand still.
The Energies that are descending on you are crushing.
Because they are Energies of Change.
Energies of transmutation, transformation and of transfiguration.
AND NOT EVERYBODY IS AVAILABLE TO BARE THAT BURDEN.

It is all good for you to be able to help each other.
If you need to take a supplement or vitamins, I do not see any bad in that.
Because it is difficult to bare all the vibrations that are happening now around THE EARTH.
Many of you are getting sick, without being able to heal and others are moving forward with the aid of medication.

I have told you that there are circumstances where WE cannot intervene.
And knowing that there will be a change of vibrations of such importance, We Do Not stop much in the “physical”, Beloved.

That is why We ask you that if you could help each yourselves with something, do not worry and, do it.
BECAUSE WE ARE OCCUPIED WITH YOUR ETERNAL LIVES, OF YOUR SPIRIT, OF YOU SOUL AND OF YOUR CONCIOUSSNESS.
And we cannot be occupied with your bodies too.

I ask you to do a healthy diet.
Feed yourselves with awareness.
Do not eat more or less.
HELP YOURSELVES BELOVED!!

Walk barefoot in the grass.
Take long baths with sea salt.
Rub your bodies with Lavender oils.
ALL THESE SIMPLE THINGS THAT MADE YOU GET STIMULATED AND RESTED.

It might look like a beauty parlor.
But… as I LOVE YOU and you are beautiful to ME, I also want to help you physically.
For you… To feel better, Beloved!!

IN THE “CELESTIAL SPHERES” the “Moments” that are happening are…”scarce”
THERE IS AN IMPASS.

The movements are not as severed as months ago.

WE ARE WAITING FOR RESOLUTIONS, BELOVED.
The changes are not happening.

I know you are broken…
I know you are hurt…
I know that each of you have passed through different difficulties.

But…
I cannot avoid for you to pass through certain stages of growth and purification.
Each thing that hurts, REMEMBER, is a piece of scum that you are leaving behind on your path.
That way…as always I Give you the graphic of the precious stone, the brilliant:
“When it is rough, it is only a rough stone without value. But later it transforms into something beautiful, FULL OF LIGHT”.
BELOVED…you are like “rough diamonds”, which polished until achieving what you are now: “Beautiful brilliant gems”.
But there are still pieces that I need to purify and clean.
Do not be afraid of that and do not weaken beloved.
Everything passes by.
Remember: I will not make you suffer beyond the unbearable.
Everything that you are going through is for your own good, for your growth, for you to understand more everyday how to escalate… how to get there…
But the more weight you have the less you will ascend.

TAKE WEIGHT OUT OF YOUR LIVES BELOVED:

Leave your dead weight, leave the rubbles, that you have accumulated in your walk.
Leave the “bag packs” that you have carried and that insist on taking back.

You leave it one day and the following you take it back with pride AND walk “with a hunch” of the weight of all that. But you insist and charge the same bag pack.

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE IT BELOVED?
When are you going to leave those bag packs that sadden you, that bend you and make you step backwards in your steps?

Leave everything and walk with your head high up, free from all your burdens.
FREE.
Free from resentment.
Free from burdens, beloved.

FREE YOURSELVES FROM YOUR BURDENS.
BECAUSE THAT WILL BE THE BEST WAY TO ENCOUNTER WITH ME.

Nevertheless, when they needed WISDOM, it was acquired from one moment to the other.

From one moment to the other, you will wake up and find yourselves talking about things you have never read in a book.

They speak about their own conscience.
